Who we are

Impact Festival organizes Impact Festival 2026 – Sidhpur Mela, a community event held December 24–27, 2026 in Sidhpur, Gujarat, India. This policy explains what information we collect through theimpactfestival.com and our registration portal (My Account), and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you create an account and register for the Festival, we collect:

• Contact details: name, email address, phone number, city
• Registration details for each participant: date of birth, age, gender, country of birth, nationality, ancestral village, visa requirement, program selections, and an optional photo
• Payment information: processed directly by our payment provider, Stripe. Impact Festival does not collect or store your full card number

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• Process your Festival registration and payment, and generate your registration ticket and visa support letter
• Send you email and SMS communications about your registration and payment status — including registration confirmations, payment confirmations, and balance-due reminders
• Share general event logistics and updates (schedule, venue, check-in instructions) with registered participants

SMS communications

If you provide a phone number and check the SMS consent box during registration, we use that number to send text messages related to your registration and payment status (confirmations and balance-due reminders). Message frequency varies based on your registration activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. No mobile opt-in data is used for anything other than the purpose described here.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Festival and registration process — for example, Stripe for payment processing and our email/SMS delivery providers for sending the communications described above. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data retention

We retain registration and payment records for as long as needed to operate the Festival, respond to support requests, and meet our own record-keeping obligations.

Your choices

You can update your registration details at any time by logging into My Account. To opt out of SMS messages, reply STOP to any message we send, or contact us using the details below. To opt out of email, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us directly for transactional emails tied to your registration.
