By creating an account, registering for Impact Festival 2026 – Sidhpur Mela, or using theimpactfestival.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Registration requires accurate information for each participant. Payment (full payment or a minimum/reservation payment) is collected online through our payment provider, Stripe. Any payment made in connection with Impact Festival 2026 is for Festival participation/program purposes only — it does not include, provide, arrange, or guarantee visas, airfare, transportation, accommodation, travel insurance, or any other travel-related services. Each participant is solely responsible for obtaining required visas and travel documentation and for making their own travel, accommodation, insurance, and related arrangements at their own expense. Participation in or payment for the Festival does not guarantee visa issuance or approval by any government or consular authority.
If you choose a reservation/minimum payment, the remaining balance must be paid by the posted deadline. Failure to pay the remaining balance by the deadline may result in cancellation of your registration.
By checking the SMS consent box during registration, you agree to receive text messages from Impact Festival at the phone number you provide, related to your registration and payment status (for example, registration confirmations, payment confirmations, and balance-due reminders).
Impact Festival provides the Festival program and registration portal on an "as is" basis and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation, travel, or use of theimpactfestival.com, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of theimpactfestival.com after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
